So naturally, people ask me, what’s been a standout moment where I’ve helped another woman or other women through my work and through my book?

The answer is quite simple.

There isn’t one.

Every client has an ‘aha’ moment where she realises there’s no going back, and each of these moments are all so special.

And it’s those moments that I live for as a coach.
